Herbal Nature St John's Wort tincture 50ml - Hypericum perforatum tincture

Tinctures are derived from immersing a herb in an alcoholic solution (usually pure alcohol) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herb are dissolved in the alcohol solution resulting in the formation of the cotton. The teas are much more drastic than effusions and infusions.

The tincture (hypericum perforatum) contains the same active ingredients as the dried herb Bald (hypericum). The character of this herb is bittersweet, chilly and desiccant. Its ingredients are: glycosides, flavonoids and rutin (volatile oils, tannins and resin). St. John's wort has been known since antiquity to treat wounds and burns, relieve pain (analgesia), softens inflammation (inflammation) and works effectively in cases where there are problems in the nervous system as a sedative and tonic for nerve repair, such as neuralgia trimmings, injuries and injuries. It also relieves rheumatic pains and sciatica and is considered astringent. In addition to its external action, St. John's wort also acts internally in the nervous system and can effectively help in mild depression, speech disorders, sleep disturbances and hysteria. Active therapeutic substances are found throughout the plant, leaves, stems and flowers that are harvested at the time of flowering in the summer.

The tins keep all the active ingredients of the herb, they are very simple to take and absolutely natural. They undoubtedly outweigh pills in the form of pills, as they contain no chemicals and preservatives and are much more efficiently absorbed by the body.

The tinctures of botanicals are very active and should therefore be consumed according to their instructions. The usual dosage is 1 ml (about 20 drops a day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and lactation.
