Herbal Nature Valerian Tincture 50ml - Anxiolytic valeriana officinalis

Tinctures are derived from immersing a herb in an alcoholic solution (usually pure alcohol) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herb are dissolved in the alcohol solution resulting in the formation of the cotton. The teas are much more drastic than effusions and infusions.

Valeriana officinalis contains the same active ingredients as the dried herb Valerian. In modern herbal therapy, Valerian is used as a natural tranquilizer and relaxing the nervous system. Significant is Valerian's effect on insomnia. Independent clinical studies have shown that Valerian's use reduces the time it takes to get us sleep, reduces the chance of waking up in the evening, lengthening overall sleep time, and generally improves overall sleep quality, regardless of whether someone has a problem or no. For this reason Valerian is also known as "God's Valium".

Valerian is effective in almost all cases of nervous disorders, such as anxiety, hypertension, headaches, migraines and anxiety. Its effect on the central nervous system is based on many components, most notably GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).

One of the positive elements of Valerian - in comparison with pharmaceuticals - is that it does not have a negative interaction with alcohol. It also has no side effects when consumed according to the proposed daily dosage.

The tins keep all the active ingredients of the herb, they are very simple to take and absolutely natural. They undoubtedly outweigh pills in the form of pills, as they contain no chemicals and preservatives and are much more efficiently absorbed by the body.

The tinctures of botanicals are very active and should therefore be consumed according to their instructions. The usual dosage is 1 ml (about 20 drops a day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and lactation.
