Epitech Normast PALMITOILETANOLAMIDE ultra-micronized 600 mg 60.tbs - It works by controlling inflammatory and/or neuropathic pain

Nervous tissue, both peripheral and spinal, is subjected to recurrent and/or chronic neuroinflammatory conditions of different origins and loses the ability to endogenously synthesize palmitoylethanolamide, thus increasing the risk of inflammatory pain and in cases of damage and/or dysfunction of the somatosensory system, may result in the gradual conversion of inflammatory pain to neuropathic pain.

In such cases it is very important to compensate the activation process of the non-neuronal cells (not only the mast cells at the level of the sensory endings and/or the interneuronal compartment but also the Microglia in the spinal cord) which are normally responsible for ensuring the homeodynamic balance of nervous tissue and its proper nutrition.

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), both in micronized form (particle sizes between 2.0 and 10.0 microns) such as Normast® 300mg Tablets and in hypermicronized form (particle sizes between 0.8 and 6.0 microns) such as Normast® 600mg Tablets and Normast® 600mg Microgranules. It acts in the body as a biological regulator that is able to restore at different levels (sensory endings, interneuron compartment, spinal synaptic connection between 1st and 2nd neuron), the normal reactivity of the nervous tissue thus controlling inflammatory and/or neuropathic pain.

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets per day of Normast® 600mg for 30 to 60 days, possibly preceded by a 10-day cycle of Normast® 600mg sachets. Administered under medical supervision.
