The EVIOL Sleep Well diet supplement is here to help. It is a unique valerian composition, along with melatonin which helps to regulate sleep!

Melatonin helps:

    Reduce the time you need to sleep.
    Relief from the subjective feeling of time lag of the biological clock (jet lag).

Melatonin is produced in the human body by the pineal gland during the night and helps to regulate the sleep and wake cycle. It is involved in maintaining the smooth circadian rhythm (organic body clock) that plays a key role in normal sleep.

Valerian is a traditional plant widely used to relieve stress and sleep disturbances.

Each soft capsule contains 1mg of melatonin, a scientifically-based amount approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to help reduce the time it takes to sleep.
