It is an original combination of specially designed ingredients, including melatonin, Griffonia simplicifolia extract and vitamin B6.

Melatonin helps reduce the time required for sleeping and the effects of fatigue after a trip (Jet lag).

Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue and ensures proper functioning of the nervous system.

Instructions for use

Adults: Allow the microgranules to melt in the mouth or in a glass of water.
For best results
- For sleeping: Take a stick before sleeping.
- For the jet lag: take a stick before sleeping on the first day of the trip and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
