Melatonin Pura Microcapsules is a dietary supplement with Melatonin (1 mg). Melatonin helps reduce the amount of time it takes to sleep and relieves the subjective feeling of biological clock time lag due to jet lag.

Its beneficial effects on sleep are assured by the intake of 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime, while to avoid jet lag by intake of at least 0.5 mg before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the same daily intake for 2- 3 days after arrival at destination. Melatonin Pura Microcapsules is especially recommended for large people who have objective sleep difficulty.
