Pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita moschata) | The seeds of the pumpkin plant are considered a superfood due to their high nutritional value. They contain important bioactive components, such as tocopherols (mainly γ-tocopherol), carotenoids, as well as essential amino acids, such as arginine and glutamic acid. In addition, the presence of unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic and oleic acid, further enhances their nutritional value.***

Magnesium | An essential mineral that contributes to electrolyte balance and participates in over 300 biochemical reactions in the human body. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.*

Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) | Also known as “horsetail”, it is one of the oldest plants on the planet. Horsetail contains beneficial substances such as alkaloids, flavonoids, etc., and contributes to maintaining normal levels of minerals in the body.**
