VioGenesis Serraprozyme is a dietary supplement containing the proteolytic enzyme alkaline protease and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae.

Aspergillus oryzae, also known as koji, is a filamentous fungus used to produce fermented foods. It is also widely used to produce enzymes, including alkaline protease.

The alkaline protease contained in the product provides 300,000 units of enzyme activity equivalent to that of serratiopeptidase.

Proteases are hydrolytic enzymes that act as biocatalysts for the breakdown of proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids, contributing to the release of amino acids from the proteins we obtain from food. Smaller peptides and amino acids are more easily absorbed by the body and have high bioavailability.*

Form: 30 gastro-resistant capsules

Recommended dosage: 1 gastro-resistant capsule per day with a little water.
