Methionine is one of the essential sulfur amino acids which together with cysteine are the main sources of sulfur in the body. In the body it is converted into cysteine, carnitine, glutathione, taurine, nucleic acids and S-Adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) which is a powerful antioxidant.

Each capsule provides 500mg of free form Methionine for maximum absorption and bioavailability. Like all Lamberts products it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards

Ingredients used in the capsule: L-Methionine, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

Suitable for vegetarians

Assimilation time: Less than 30 minutes.

Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily, with juice or water rather than milk. Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or sleeping. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
