Nutrition supplement with organic selenium in the form of selenomethionine which is easily absorbed by the body. SEMED offers high absorption and covers the daily needs of selenium with only one tablet per day. Ingested tablets 55μg (100% RDA) selenium each attribute in the form of L-selenomethionine.
