Reduction of calcium oxalate stones
Pack of 90 capsules
Kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) are hard metal and salt deposits that form inside the kidneys.
They have many causes and can affect any part of the urinary tract, preventing urine from being expelled and causing damage, inflammation and infection.
CAUSES OF KIDNEY STONES
In general, kidney stones are produced when the amount of crystal-forming substances such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid in the urine is greater than what can be diluted by the fluids present in it. At the same time, urine can lack substances that prevent crystals from sticking to each other, thus creating an ideal environment for kidney stone formation.
Finding out the type of kidney stone helps us determine the cause and can provide signs of how to reduce the risk of more or recurring kidney stones.
The types of kidney stones are:
Calcium stones. The majority of kidney stones are calcium stones, generally in the form of calcium oxalate. Oxalate is a substance found naturally in food and is also produced by the liver on a daily basis.
Struvite stones. Struvite stones form in response to an infection, such as a urinary tract infection.
Uric acid stones. Uric acid stones form in people who don't drink enough fluid or who lose too much fluid, those on a high-protein diet, or people with gout.
Cystine stones. These stones form in people with an inherited disorder that causes the kidneys to excrete a large amount of certain amino acids (cystinuria).
Implications
Passing kidney stones can be very painful and cause lumbar syndrome, which makes the patient extremely inactive in their daily life. Vomiting, nausea, constant need to urinate or urinate very small amounts, fever and chills in case of infection are some of the symptoms that indicate this disease.
Kidney stone treatment options and outcomes
Lithotripsy
This consists of breaking up kidney stones with shock waves so that they are easier to pass. It can cause bruising and the appearance of blood in the urine.
Endoscopic removal
By ureteroscopy through the urinary tract. Urinary tract irritation, mild discomfort during urination.
Oral medication
Treatment with diclofenac. In some cases this can cause nausea, dizziness, vertigo or vomiting.
Surgery
In the most severe cases, surgery is the last and most aggressive solution.
Description
RENALOF®, a natural product without side effects, is the best solution to eliminate 80% of kidney stones
RENALOF® causes the dissolution, fast and painless elimination of calcium oxalate stones, uric acid stones and gravel up to 8-10 mm in diameter, thus avoiding lithotripsy and surgery with a long postoperative period.
RENALOF® prevents further crystallization and the formation of large coral stones.
RENALOF® eliminates stone fragments remaining after lithotripsy.
RENALOF® can be useful in patients with various urinary tract infections
RENALOF® has a very high therapeutic efficacy in reducing low back syndrome.
Molecular activated ingredients
All the ingredients present in RENALOF® are activated through the catalytic process of MOLECULAR ACTIVATION.
This process enhances the biological activity without changing the chemical structure, increasing the effectiveness
What does it contain and what properties does it have?
Activated magnesium silicate
Commercially available plain magnesium CANNOT replace calcium in calcium oxalate stones because it is 2 places lower than calcium in the order of mineral activity. RENALOF's "Molecularly Activated" magnesium, however, succeeds in replacing the stone's calcium and causing the stone to dissolve. So it is understandable that ONLY the use of RENALOF is capable of giving such results!
Activated extract of Agropyron repens
THE ONLY INGREDIENT WHICH ACCORDING TO THE EMA (European Medicines Agency) DOES NOT DISTURB ELECTROLYTES IN THE BODY
It has active ingredients such as triticine and agropyrene:
– Triticine and potassium stearate, which provide a natural diuretic effect.
– Agropyrene, with an important antibiotic and antimicrobial effect that contributes to maintaining tissue elasticity.
– Inositol, with important antioxidant properties, regulates intracellular calcium concentration and strengthens the cell membrane.
Activated mannitol
This is a diuretic that acts on the glomerulus of the kidney, facilitating the filtration of water and thus increasing excretion.
Corn starch
This is a very useful diuretic, in kidney disorders such as inflammation of the kidney caused by kidney stones, fever, inflammation of the bladder, albuminuria or gout
How does it prevent the crystallization of oxalate and uric salts?
Diuretic action
– Increases urine volume
– Regulates urine pH
– Reduces the supersaturation of stone salts (oxalate, calcium, phosphates)
– Prevents crystal precipitation
– Helps remove stones from the bladder
Antibiotic action
– Protects the layer of anti-adhesive glycosaminoglycans (GAG) covering the epithelium of the urinary tract
– Destroys or inhibits the growth of microbes
– Effective against a wide variety of bacteria and yeasts
– Reduces and eliminates urinary tract infections such as cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and irritable bladder
Anti-inflammatory action
– Reduces bladder inflammation, pain during urination and fluid retention
– Reduces the irritable state of the bladder
– Reduces irritation and inflammation of the urinary tract
– Effective in inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract such as cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and irritable bladder
Soothing and soothing action
– Emollient action reduces swelling, inflammation, pain and infection
– Soothes inflamed mucous membranes and urinary tract irritation
– Softens and relieves worn or inflamed surfaces
– Helps relieve painful urination
Antioxidant action
– Reduces lipid oxidation (MDA)
– Restores blood antioxidant levels [glutathione (GSH), superoxide scavenger (SOD) and catalase (CAT)]
– Prevents the precipitation of calcium oxalate
– Prevents the deposition of calcium oxalate crystals by protecting the membrane from damage caused by free radicals
– Reduces hyperoxaluria and kidney damage caused by calcium oxalate
The inhibitory effect of the crystallization of oxalate and uric salts is mainly due to the antioxidant effect
RESULTS OF CLINICAL STUDIES
RENALOF® is an extremely natural formula with 100% tolerance. During the entire administration period, we observed no adverse effects in the treated group
Although the study objectives were designed with a short administration period (30 days), there is evidence to suggest the existence of two important beneficial effects that may be achieved with a more prolonged treatment period:
a. We believe that prophylactic treatment of 30 days every six months, applied to patients with different types and history of lithiasis, can prevent recurrence.
b. There is evidence to suggest that a more prolonged treatment (3-6 months) with RENALOF® could result in reduction of calcareous mass in case of massive lithiasis
From the data taken into account for this study, the most important benefits achieved through the administration of RENALOF® are the following:
a. With its mild and soothing diuretic effect, RENALOF® helps to quickly remove small and medium-sized ureteral stones
b. RENALOF® is very effective in the treatment of pelvic alkalosis with stones up to 5-6 mm, which allows the dissolution and removal of these stones
c. RENALOF® has an excellent anti-inflammatory effect. Soothes and relieves pain in the urinary tract, which is irritated by chronic urinary stones. These properties are also noted in other inflammations of the urinary system
d. RENALOF® represents a prophylactic treatment for patients with a predisposition to lithogenesis in general and especially with oxalate
e. RENALOF® represents an adjunctive therapy that is particularly effective for patients treated with lithotripsy, achieving rapid and painless removal of fragments remaining after shock
