Matrixyl 3000 is a new, powerful anti-aging, anti-wrinkle healing and antioxidant active ingredient, which effectively contributes to the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid in the skin, while also stimulating skin fibroblast cells, allowing them to significantly reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
It is prepared based on peptide technology (tripeptides) and consists of the connection of 2 peptides of Palmitoyl oligopeptide (Pal-GHK) & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Pal-GQPR) which belong to the matrikines family.

Palmitoyl oligopeptide (Pal-GHK) consists of a short chain of 3 amino acids, glycine-histidine-lysine, which are linked to palmitic acid, a fatty acid, part of collagen I that contributes to improving the solubility of the peptide in oil and therefore enhances its penetration into the skin.
Their action is multiple. According to studies, they promote the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans and collagen by fibroblasts, accelerate healing, stimulate angiogenesis, increase skin elasticity and at the same time reduce the depth of wrinkles, signs of photoaging and dark spots.

Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Pal-GQPR) consists of a short chain of 4 amino acids, glycine-glutamine-proline-arginine linked to palmitic acid.
These peptides are able to regulate skin cell activity and activate genes involved in the process of cell renewal and proliferation, mechanisms that become weaker with age. They also support the activation of the epidermal repair process, promote the smoothing of wrinkles and improve skin tone and elasticity.

Matrixyl 3000 has been proven effective in both women and men. A clinical study in women showed that after two months of Matrixyl 3000 application, deep wrinkles were reduced by 45% and skin firmness increased by 20%. A separate clinical study in men showed a 30% reduction in wrinkles and a 17% increase in skin firmness.
