Molecular activation

The process of molecular activation significantly improves the biological activity and biochemical activity of all antioxidant molecules.
It was discovered in C.S.I.C. (Concejo Superior de Investigacione Cientificas), the most important public research structure in Spain.

In this mechanism we have noticed greater synergy between some antioxidants used, which are sometimes able to significantly increase their cumulative antioxidant capacity.

Many factors can affect the activation of all antioxidants.
Among the most important chemical agents are: molecular structure, active functional groups, specific antioxidant catalysts, molecular weight, PH, carbon double bonds, solubility factors etc., as well as the antioxidant capacity of each molecule.

The duration and degree of molecular activation are among the most important natural factors.
Not all antioxidants are needed at the same activation time to reach their maximum antioxidant capacity. The most important parameter to control better performance is to optimize it. Once their maximum antioxidant capacity is at its most desirable peak, activation should be discontinued because, after this peak, antioxidant capacity begins to decrease gradually or quickly. This zone - immediately after the ideal activation time - is when the oxidation starts and therefore it is necessary to set the optimum time with the highest accuracy in each particular case.
