Nutricia MCT Oil Module 500ml - dietary food for special medical purposes

The MCT oil module is a dietary food for special medical purposes. A medium consisting of medium chain triglycerides. It is indicated for the dietary management of patients with epilepsy following a keto diet or fat malabsorption such as cystic fibrosis or chronic liver disease. It is not a source of essential fatty acids or fat-soluble vitamins.
Important note:
To be given under medical supervision. Unsuitable for parenteral feeding. Also suitable for catheter delivery. It may be mixed with other liquids or as part of a regular diet.

Suggested Dosage:
The dosage should then be determined by a physician or dietitian, depending on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient.

Instructions for use:
Keep the contents closed, protected from light at 5-20 degrees Celsius. Shake well before use. Once it is opened, store it in the refrigerator for up to 28 days. Do not consume it if it has been out of the refrigerator for 24 hours.
