Suggested dosage:

1 bottle of 125ml for at least 6 months.

Instructions for use:

Consume 1 bottle of 125ml Souvenaid daily in addition to your daily diet as directed by your doctor. Best served chilled. After opening the package, as long as it is not consumed immediately, it can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before use. The product is packaged in a protected atmosphere. It must be kept tightly closed and stored in a dry and cool environment.

Studies have shown that the levels of certain nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and some vitamins are lower in Alzheimer's disease patients compared to their healthy peers. Some of them, as mentioned above, are used to create new synapses.

Souvenaid is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of patients in the early stage of Alzheimer's Disease. Souvenaid provides essential nutrients for early-stage Alzheimer's disease patients to support the creation of neuronal membranes. Clinical studies show that Souvenaid has a positive effect on patients at the initial stage of the disease, as it acts on the synapses.

Souvenaid represents a completely new nutritional approach to the management of patients with early-stage Alzheimer's disease. The combination of nutrients (Fortasyn Connect) contained in Souvenaid is unique, with the nutrients acting synergistically to have a greater effect compared to their individual consumption.

Clinically proven

Three clinical studies have been conducted on the effect of Souvenaid in patients with early-stage Alzheimer's disease, Souvenir I with a duration of 12 weeks, Souvenir II with a duration of 24 weeks and its extension, Souvenir II OLE, in which the duration of use of Souvenaid reached 48 weeks. The studies showed that the levels of the nutrients contained in Souvenaid also increased in the patients' plasma. In addition to the improved nutritional status of the patients, the results of the neuropsychological tests of the patients consuming 1 Souvenaid daily were better than those of the patients consuming another isocaloric food for special medical purposes without the Fortasyn Connect™ mixture.
Daily consumption – Easy and safe

Souvenaid is designed to be consumed on a daily basis. Dosage wise one bottle per day is sufficient to effect synapse formation but it takes time to see a change in the patient as the body needs time to absorb and utilize the nutrients offered with Souvenaid. Clinical studies show that the benefits of Souvenaid appear after 1 month of daily consumption of the product.

For the convenience of patients, it is suggested to consume Souvenaid at the same time every day so that it becomes a habit and is easier for the patient to remember.

Dosage: 1 bottle daily following medical recommendation and monitoring. It is recommended to consume Souvenaid daily for at least 6 months or as long as the treating physician deems it beneficial to the patient.

Side effects: No side effects have been observed whether or not the patient is also taking medication for Alzheimer's Disease or other conditions.
