Lecithin (source webmd.com) is found in nature where fat and water coexist, a natural emulsifier. In nature, we find it in many foods of plant and animal origin, such as milk and soya. It was first isolated from egg yolk, from which it got its name (yoghurt = egg yolk). Since then, many beneficial properties have been attributed to it.

Lecithin is a phospholipid with main components phosphatides, choline and inositol.

Lecithin 1200mg of the Classics Platinum Range is of high purity, rich in the valuable phospholipids phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylinositol, derived from non-genetically modified soy.

Take 1 to 2 capsules after a meal.
