Grapefruit's essential oil is used to reduce anxiety, depression, anorexia or dyspepsia, fluid retention, cellulite, oily skin, neural depletion, obesity, fever, and lack of concentration. It is also used as anticonvulsant, antiseptic, disinfectant, diuretic, soothing, astringent and tonic. It gives optimism, self-esteem and liveliness.
Grapefruit's essential oil blends well with: lemon, palmarosa, bergamot, neroli, rosemary, geranium, lavender, cypress.
