Grapefruit (source Wiki) comes from the plant called Citrus Paradisi. Grapefruit's essential oil comes from cold pressing of the skin of its fruits and has a cool, sweet, citrus flavor.
Grapefruit's essential oil is used to reduce anxiety, depression, anorexia or dyspepsia, fluid retention, cellulite, oily skin, neural depletion, obesity, fever, and lack of concentration. It is also used as anticonvulsant, antiseptic, disinfectant, diuretic, soothing, astringent and tonic. It gives optimism, self-esteem and liveliness.
