The remedies are preserved in grape based brandy and are gluten free.

Pour 4 drops to just bottled water or directly into the mouth and repeat until you feel relief. If you have the Rescue Remedy spray, spray 2 times in the mouth. Pregnancy / Breastfeeding: Do not take any medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless advised by your doctor.
