Active Ingredients: 5x dilution of Carpinus betulus HPUS HPUS.

Inactive Ingredients: Alcohol 27%.

Suggested Use: Dilute two drops of Hornbeam in a glass of water and sip from time to time. Refill as needed. For use with other Bach Flower Remedies, add two drops of Hornbeam to a 30ml bottle (you can combine up to seven Bach Flower Remedies in this bottle), and top up with mineral water until the 30ml bottle is full and take four drops at least four times daily. If needed, Bach flower remedies can be taken directly on the tongue, or on the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists. You can take Bach flower remedies as often as you like. If you are in a mood or crisis, you may only need one dose, but if you have been feeling the same way for some time, you can take Bach flower remedies for as long as you need.
