The oil is extremely high in fatty acids , particularly gamma linolenic acid (GLA) (source Wiki), which affects many of the functions of enzymes in the body.
It is also rich in vitamin A, B1 , B2 , B6 , E and salicylic acid .
Used as a substrate for essential oils , it is important to note that this is an extremely delicate texture of oil has wonderful moisturizing properties.
