Realmare is a hypertonic solution of seawater
which easily and effectively washes the ears and nostrils, thanks to its two special micro sprayers. Both the nose and the ear are two anatomical cavities, in which allergens, atmospheric dust and micropollutants can accumulate and cause problems.
Nose hygiene: Realmare spray is recommended for colds, sinusitis and respiratory allergies in adults and children. Thanks to its hypertonic composition, rich in trace elements, it is recommended for nasal congestion due to acute and chronic sinusitis, acute and chronic allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, hypertrophic and infectious rhinitis. It removes excess mucus, cleans the nose of allergens and promotes proper breathing. It is also recommended for pregnant women and during breastfeeding.
Dosage for nasal hygiene: whenever needed, with a frequency of 1 to 4 times a day in each nostril.
Ear hygiene: Realmare has been shown in studies to promote the removal of excess earwax while helping to prevent the formation of a plug in the ear. Realmare is especially recommended for people who engage in water sports, or wear hearing aids and in case of excess earwax.
