Recommended consumption of Mybiotik Protect powder (pack size: 30X2 g):

Take only once a day.
Mix the daily portion of powder 2 g (1 sachet) in about 100 ml of water and drink on an empty stomach, e.g. B. before going to bed or 15 minutes before a meal.
When using antibiotics:
Leave at least 2 hours between taking antibiotics.

Special groups of people:

Children aged 1-5 years: In the first week 1 x daily content of ½ sachet (1g), then 1 x daily content of 1 sachet (2g)
