SoloTM, the next generation, improved version of Medela's Swing™ breast pump family, was developed with breastfeeding mothers in mind who seek comfort and practicality in their daily lives, without compromising or sacrificing efficiency.

The Solo™ breast pump uses 2-Phase Expression® technology, which allows switching from fast to slower sucking movements, imitating the natural rhythm of breastfeeding.

Solo™ comes with the PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield, which can be easily adjusted for a perfect fit on the breast, ensuring a more comfortable pumping experience and up to 11.8% more milk.

Smaller and more compact than the SwingTM breast pump, Solo™ has a built-in rechargeable battery with a USB type C connection cable, which saves you time and allows you to use it without recharging for up to six pumping sessions.

Solo™ is a single electric breast pump with a closed system, which prevents breast milk from entering the tubing and protects against overflowing into the mechanical parts of the pump. This way, the breast milk you pump remains safe and clean, while the pump components are protected from damage.

2-Phase Expression® Technology. When breastfeeding, babies initially suck with quick, short strokes to stimulate the milk let-down reflex. Once the milk starts flowing, they start to drink more slowly, each at their own pace. Medela's 2-Phase Expression® technology mimics your baby's natural suckling rhythm – faster to stimulate milk flow and slower afterwards to ensure optimal breast milk flow.

PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield. With a 105° angle, soft outer rim and oval shape for a better fit, the PersonalFit FlexTM breast shield puts less pressure on the milk ducts than conventional breast shields, resulting in a more efficient and comfortable pumping experience.
