Taurine is one of the most well-known sulfur amino acids and can be synthesized in the body from Cysteine with the synergistic action of Vitamin B6, participating in a multitude of biological functions. High alcohol consumption increases taurine losses, while low levels of taurine are found in vegetarians and people who follow a diet low in dairy and meat products. It is one of the key ingredients in popular energy drinks, despite the fact that there is insufficient data linking taurine consumption and energy production.

Assimilation time: Less than 30 minutes

Dosage: 1 to 3 capsules a day, with juice or water rather than milk. Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or sleeping. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
