Each tablet provides 200mg of free form L-Theanine for maximum absorption and bioavailability. Lamberts L-Theanine tablets are rapid release, ensuring immediate release of Theanine within 15-30 minutes. Like all Lamberts products it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards
