Bromelain is an enzyme derived from the stem of a fresh pineapple. The potency of bromelain formulations is determined by the levels of enzyme activity, which is measured in GDU (gelatin-dissolving units). This formulation is one of the highest potency bromelain formulations, as it delivers 1250GDU per 500mg tablet. Like all Lamberts, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom to strict GMP standards.

Use

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Assimilation time: Less than an hour.

Dosage: For joint health: 3 tablets (1 between meals) daily for a week.

Subsequent maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily for 3 to 6 months.

As an aid to digestion: 1 tablet before each meal, up to 3 per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
