Dosage: Adults: Take 1-2 grams of powder after food. 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram of powder.

Children over 10 years: Take 1/8 teaspoon = 500 mg of powder after food. Or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The powder dissolves easily in water and juice or can be added directly to food
