Latin Name: Cassia Officinalis
Senna Pods or Alexandrian Senna have been systematically cultivated in Southern Egypt for centuries.
Senna, rich in bowel-stimulating glycosides, is traditionally used as a strong laxative.

Available in non-pulverized form inpackagings of 40gr.

To be used as an infusion: Add 4-5 leafs in cup of boiled water and leave it covered for 12 hours. Filter the infusion and drink it.

Do not consume for more than 10 days in a row, as the extensive loss of electrolytes can lead to exhaustion.
