D-MANOZINN® is a unique combination of d-mannose, beneficial bacteria in the protected composition Synbio® (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus paracasei) and saccharomyces (Saccharomyces boulardii).

This product has a beneficial effect on the urinary and gastrointestinal system as well as the immune system. It represents an effective adjunct to antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infections caused by the bacterium Escherichia coli.

Through the synergistic action of d-mannose, saccharomyces and selected Lactobacillus strains, it increases the effectiveness of antibiotic treatment in acute urinary tract infections caused by the bacterium E.coli.

Effective in preventing the development of recurrent infections (thanks to the probiotic cultures that protect the "good" bacteria and maintain the composition and function of the normal intestinal flora)
