Vitamin E 400iu from Health Aid contains the vitamin in its natural form (d-alpha-tocopherol) and not in the synthetic form, in soybean oil for better absorption, in a special capsule without gelatin (Gelatine Free).
The capsule can be punctured and its contents used epidermally.

Adults & children over 12 years of age one tablet daily after food. Can be increased to 2 capsules daily if required.
