Melatonin Pura Spray is a dietary supplement with melatonin in spray form and with a pleasant mint flavor.

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes someone to fall asleep and relieves the subjective feeling of time lag of the biological clock due to long trips (jet lag).

Its beneficial effects:

for sleep are ensured by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

to avoid jet lag by taking at least 0.5 mg before bedtime on the first day of travel and the same daily intake for 2-3 days after arriving at the destination.
