The SEDAR formula is a nutritional supplement that promotes relaxation and sleep.

Its composition contains passionflower, valerian, hawthorn, L-tryptophan and melatonin. These natural ingredients exhibit hypnagogic properties, while regulating the state of sleep without inhibiting the REM state.

ITS INGREDIENTS:

Melatonin regulates the rhythms of sleep and insomnia. It is a hormone produced by the brain, specifically by the pineal gland. It helps our body know when it's time to sleep and when it's time to wake up. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the brain is activated by darkness and deactivated by light. This fact shows that the hormone is involved in the twenty-four-hour rhythm of the human body and in the regulation of various bodily functions.
L tryptophan, an important amino acid, is converted in the brain into serotonin (a neurotransmitter that functions normally in the sleep cycle), is metabolized into melatonin and contributes to normal sleep.
The passionflower, valerian, hawthorn and escholtsia contained in it inhibit the action of GABAergic neurons.

The SEDAR formula is recommended for sleep disorders.
