Dosage regimen

According to ESPGHAN and NASPGHAN:

Fecal wedging: 1-1.5 g/kg/day for 3-6 days
Chronic Constipation: Initiate treatment 1-1.5 g/kg/day for up to 6 days
Maintenance therapy: 0.2-0.8 g/kg/day until symptoms resolve
