Use

Apply a sufficient amount (about half a teaspoon for the face and 6 teaspoons for the body) before sun exposure. Repeat often, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. Reducing the appropriate amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Avoid sun exposure, even when using sunscreen. Avoid the area around the eyes. Keep babies and children out of direct sunlight.
