Friday instructions
In a glass with 180ml of water, add 4 scoops of FRISOMUM ® DUALCARE +. And mix well (200ml ready-to-drink milk drink).
The water temperature should not exceed 40o C for the beneficial lactic acid bacteria to remain active.
