Sk-INFLUX: is a combination of tile I, III and VI, phytosphingosine and cholesterol.
Glabridine: an extract from licorice root. Contains compounds with structures similar to dihydroxibencen. Inhibits tyrosinase. In addition, this extract has anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating properties. It acts synergistically with glycolic acid. It inhibits 50% of tyrosinase without any related cytotoxicity and has been observed to be 16 times more effective than hydroquinone.
Aspergillus fermentations: obtained from the fungus Aspergillus orizae (cosic acid).
It has antimicrobial activity and is therefore very useful for colored acne scars.
Offers distinct radiation protection (270 nm, UVB), but no UVA protection. Used in concentrations from 1% to 3%.
Inhibits melanin synthesis in a number of ways, one of which is inhibition of the enzyme tyrosinase, thus preventing tyrosine from reaching dopa and dopacinone
Lipoic acid: its mechanism of action is based on the inhibition of melanin synthesis and its enzymatic degradation. Its antioxidant capacity is based on the inhibition of non-enzymatic melanin synthesis and the degradation of enzymatic melanin.
Uva Ursi (bearberry) extract: contains arbutin and methyl-arbutin. Arbutin is a glycosylated derivative of hydroquinone.
Reversibly inhibits tyrosinase activity. In vitro tests have been shown to be more effective than cosic acid and ascorbic acid. It has no cytotoxic effect.

Its effect is achieved by inhibiting the effect of tyrosinase and not by suppressing the synthesis of tyrosinase.

White mulberry extract (Morus alba): The decolorizing action of the extract is due to feriflavonoids which inhibit tyrosinase.
The dipegmentation effect of the extract is due to flavonides, which inhibit tyrosinase.

In addition, it acts as an anti-inflammatory and moisturizing. The optimal concentration is 2%. Butylenglicolic extract has been shown to be more effective than ethanolic extract.
Aloesina: is a natural derivative of aloe vera hydroxicromone. It inhibits tyrosinase at non-cytotoxic concentrations and possibly acts as a competitive inhibitor of DOPA oxidation.
It acts as a non-competitive tyrosinase inhibitor. In vivo the combination of aloesina and Arbutin synergistically inhibits melaninogenesis induced by ultraviolet radiation.

Instructions for use
Apply a thin layer of Melanil twice a day to the melasma area until the stain is completely gone. With its daily use, the spots begin to fade after 3-4 weeks of application, leaving no white marks, proving high effectiveness after 6-8 weeks of application.

It can be used even prophylactically, even in the summer months on skin that tends to show discoloration.
