Details

A uniform gel veil that dries in less than 60 '', without the use of a UV lamp, to become the invisible, dazzling shield of color.

Apply a coat of Base Coat. Apply 2 coats of paint, letting each dry for 2-3 minutes. Finish with Gel Top Coat.
