Ethereal Nature Wooden Soap Mold 2kg+ 1piece - Wooden Mold 2kg+

The 2kg + wooden mold is ideal for the production of homemade soaps of olive oil (cold or hot) and for professional use. The "bar" made using the mold is rectangular and can then be cut with a knife into "slices".

The dimensions of the mold are:

Internal dimensions (about): 38.0cm (M) x 9.3cm (H) x 7.5cm (B).

External Dimensions (Approx.): 48.0cm (M) x 13.0cm (H) x 11.0cm (Y).

The wooden soap molds found in us are made entirely of plywood plywood. All the walls are made of 13 coats (counter-clockwise) of wood and have a total thickness of 1.80cm. They are particularly durable as, as is well known, plywood can withstand cracks, distortions and shrinkage. It is an ideal material for molds as it withstands moisture (used extensively in woodworking) and in heavy duty molding.

The wooden molds you find in us have the characteristic that their side walls are detached from the mold (butterfly system). The soap bar is particularly easy to release without the soap surface being "injured" when leaving the mold.

As with all wood molds, the molds you find in us require the use of grease. The molds are not suitable for soaps prepared by the Melt & Pour method (glycerin soaps).

The wooden molds for olive oil soap that you find in us are handmade (manufactured by an engineer) and are among the top European market. They have enormous life and with little care you will enjoy them for many years without the slightest wear.
