Once it has been inserted, the floss expands significantly. This enables it to fit easily into all the spaces between teeth, reach more tooth surfaces, and clean below the gumline.

How to floss
First, wash your hands, then take around 15-20 cm of floss and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand. Using the thumb and index finger of each hand, grasp a segment of approximately 2.5 to 5cm and insert it, with the help of the thumbs, between the upper teeth.
Keep a segment of the floss (around 2.5 to 5 cm) tight between your fingers and use your index fingers to insert it between the contact surfaces of two lower teeth.
Gently move the floss between the teeth in a zigzag pattern, passing over the entire tooth. Make sure the floss doesn’t snap, as this can damage your gums.
Using an upward and downward motion, gently slide the floss against the tooth surface and under the gumline. Floss each tooth with a clean section of floss.
