Agan Pedia Health Strong Immunity 150ml - Daily Physical Protection from Viruses and the common cold
For strengthening the immune system and daily physical protection against viral infections and colds.
PEDIA HEALTH Strong Immunity is a nutritional supplement suitable for children over 2 years of age, with sabotum, β-glucan, vitamins C, D3 and zinc, natural ingredients that act synergistically and contribute:
to protect the organism against pathogenic microorganisms and allergens
in strengthening the immune system
in a faster and less complicated recovery
in protecting cells from oxidative stressors
Sambucus nigra: Rich in vitamins A, B, C, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, amino acids and a number of phytochemicals (flavonoids, anthocyanins, quercetin, rutin and β-carotene). These phytochemicals are found in the sapwood fruit and have an antiviral and antioxidant action. The anthocyanins it contains help to strengthen the body's defense. In addition, they prevent the creation of free radicals, which, among other things, cause damage to the cells, thus contributing to the prevention of chronic diseases. It has expectorant properties and is therefore used to treat respiratory diseases such as bronchitis and asthma. It relieves nasal congestion, raises fever and soothes headaches, sore throat and cough, so it is widely used to treat the symptoms of colds.
Beta-1,3-glucan is a bioactive carbohydrate derived from the cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (common yeast). Beta-glucan supports the healthy functioning of the immune system by its ability to stimulate macrophage activity. According to scientific studies, beta glucan has a significant effect on the functioning of the immune system, protecting against viruses, parasites and bacteria, increasing resistance to allergens, increasing physical strength and significantly improving the overall health of children with respiratory problems caused by environmental stress and passive smoking.
Vitamin C is the most popular vitamin as it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the normal function of metabolic processes designed to produce energy, to protect cells from oxidative stress, to the normal formation of collagen and to the normal function of blood vessels, bone, cartilage, gum, teeth and skin
The association of vitamin D with the immune system began when scientists noticed that seasonal influenza is exacerbated in the winter months when exposure to solar radiation (which is the primary source of vitamin D) is minimal. Vitamin D3 contributes to the activation of the immune mechanisms of the organism by enhancing the action of macrophages, suppressing the functions of T and B lymphocytes and regulating the production of immunoglobulins.
Our body needs zinc to produce T-lymphocytes of a type of white blood cell that helps destroy foreign invaders in our blood. Low levels of zinc lead to reduced or weakened T-cells. This is why zinc is known for its role in treating common cold.
Children are especially vulnerable throughout the winter because most of their activity takes place indoors, indoors and often come in contact with other children who are already experiencing some infection or infection.
