L -Cysteine is a sulphur-bearing amino acid with antioxidant properties. Important for keratin synthesis, a protein found in the skin, hair and nails, it also plays a role in energy metabolism and fatty acid synthesis. For better absorption it is advised to take it together with Vitamin C.

Suitable for vegans.

Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily with juice or water, in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
