Bloating; Trapped gases? flatulence?

What caused it ?
The stress of everyday life and the fast pace of life are causes that contribute to poor nutrition and rough. The consumption of specific foods may cause fermentation of sugars and cellulose in the intestine, resulting in the formation of gases such as nitrogen, methane and carbon dioxide.
