PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® aims at maximising both aerobic and anaerobic performance. PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® supplies energy in the form of slow and fast releasing carbohydrates, and free form amino-acids to prevent decrements in strength, sprint and endurance performance. It contains a blend of simple and complex carbohydrates (mono- and poly- saccharides), which provide a gradual and prolonged release of energy. It also provides highly bioavailable creatine, α-ketoglutaric acid,alanine, taurine, all of which promote stamina and endurance. This product provides vitamins and co-factors which are important for an optimal functioning of the metabolic processes involved in energy generation and muscular contraction. This product also contains standardized extracts of Guarana and Ginseng that, combined with the electrolytes in this formula, reduce susceptibility to cramps and support high-intensity performance.

Taking PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® before activity promotes glycogen sparing, prolongs muscular stamina and strength, and promotes optimal performance during highly-intense activities.

Indications

PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® is aimed at sports that are both aerobic and anaerobic in nature (i.e. soccer, rugby, basketball, tennis, martial arts, body building, GAA sports, circuit training). 

By providing a gradual, and sustained release of energy PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® helps to delay the onset of fatigue and promotes muscular endurance. This product is suitable for medium-duration sports requiring the performance of multiple continuous sprints or all out efforts. PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® is recommended for use before training, or competition and matches.

How to use : 

Take PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® 30 minutes prior to exercise / competition. 

For medium duration performance: take 1 sachet mixed in approximately 200ml water, For prolonged intense exercise: take 2 sachets (in 400-500ml water). 

For optimum results consume approximately 200ml of pure water 10-15min prior to the start of exercise.
