Usage :

Maintenance treatment: Twice a week

Use a small amount and lather with some water. Leave shampoo for 2-3 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat once more. 

Induction treatment: 3 times a week

Tip 1: Shampooing with very hot water, extensive use of hot hairdryer and repeated brushing dehydrate the scalp making it more vulnerable. Thus, these should be avoided and especially during the period that you have dandruff.
