Vitamin D3 is essential to maintain bone health and normal calcium metabolism. 5 drops of BioGaia ProTectis D3 corresponds to 200% of RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) of vitamin D3.

Recommended dose
5 drops daily. One dose consists of a minimum of 100 million live Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis and 10 mcg (400 IU) of vitamin D3. Shake well before use. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
