The detoxification is allowed only in adults.
Detoxification takes a week . It is indicated that the first day of the detoxification (or its start) coincides with the New Moon. Following are the dates of New Moon for the remainder of 2014. June 27, 27 Ιουλίου August 25 24 September 24 October, November 22nd, December 22.
It is to be continued for 6 to 12 months depending on gallstones .
Recommended for at least 6-8 months to great results .
From one to another detoxification there should be a three weeks gap.
For five consecutive days , Monday to Friday , every day drink 1.5 liters of organic apple juice as follows :
From 10:00 to 12:00 we drink 750 ml
From 16:00 to 18:00 we drink 750 ml.
In the above interval eat normally avoiding many meats and cheeses .
We prefer vegetables , legumes , cereals , salads and fruit.
On Saturday at 08:00 eat the following breakfast .
In a bowl add warm water , organic cereals or Quaker.
Leave them to soak a few minutes and then eat them .
On Saturday we drink apple juice as follows :
From 10:00 to 12:00 we drink 1.5 liters .
Saturday at 14:00 lunching with the following :
Vegetables with rice «Basmati», all steamed without oil.
Once boiled we wait for a while and then we add some organic sea salt and we eat.
After this meal do not eat anything and act as follows :
Saturday at 17:50 we make the solution with salts Epsom.
4 tablespoons of Epsom salts in 750 ml water , the solution hit in Hainaut bottle .
It's pretty bitter, if we add a little fresh lemon juice to break the bitterness .
Saturday at 18:00 drink 187,5 ml soln . salts Epsom, about 3/4 of the glass .
Saturday at 20:00 drink 187,5 ml soln . salts Epsom, about 3/4 of the glass .
Saturday at 21:50 we make lemon as follows :
Half a glass of extra virgin olive oil ( ExtraVirginOliveOil ) and 3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice .
Then mix and whisk the entire mixture in a bottle .
Saturday Night we are at home because we visit several times a toilet.
On Saturday at 22:00 drink the whole lemon+oil , relax and sleep with a pillow under our head .
Some may just be resented by the oil+lemon , do not fear nothing it is not a bad sign.
On Sunday at 06:00 drink 187,5 ml soln . salts Epsom, about 3/4 of the glass .
On Sunday at 08:00 drink 187,5 ml salts Epsom, about 3/4 of the glass .
( On Sunday morning , and at noon home because we will visit several times a toilet).
On Sunday at 10:00 we drink a glass of fresh orange juice , or fresh juice of our choice .
On Sunday at 10:30 eat an apple with its peel, washed well .
On Sunday at 12:00 eat a light meal.
Rest and then in the afternoon you are finished having completed the entire process .
