The Titanium Dioxide (source Wiki) is a natural white mineral which is used , amongst other, for the whitening of cosmetic products .
Due to the ability to " reflect " the sun's rays and absorb the rays UV, it is used extensively in the manufacture of sunscreen products.
In the manufacture of soaps , titanium dioxide is used to " open " the dull colors to give brightness and shine in white soaps and generally to " liven up " the colors used .
Titanium dioxide is soluble in water and 100 % pure.
