Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchases from our online store zachospharmacy.gr in the following 4 ways.

1. Payment via Viva Wallet with credit or debit card
The process is completed on Viva Wallet's secure server with high security and through an encrypted connection. No credit or debit card number is stored on the zachospharmacy.gr server, thus ensuring your maximum security.

Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa debit cards and prepaid cards of all banks are accepted.

2. Deposit to a bank account
After completing your order you will be informed about the exact amount you need to deposit in one of the available bank accounts.

Do not forget to mention your order number in the deposit. Then send us the date and transaction number at info@zachospharmacy.gr and your order will be executed immediately.

3. Payment at our physical pharmacy
You will pay upon receipt of your order at our pharmacy. (You are required to have entered your address (address only in the prefecture of Thessaloniki) when completing the order). Only residents of Thessaloniki and nearby areas can choose this payment option.

4. COD
You will receive your order and pay the price of your order to the courier employee. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card upon receipt of the package from the courier, please let us know in the "notes" field when completing your order. You are not charged any extra cost for cash on delivery if you order products from 40 euros or more and for products that do not exceed 2 kg in total. In case you order products with a lower value than the limit of 40 euros, you will be charged a cash on delivery cost of 2.36 euros. There are NO shipping costs in our store, unless your order exceeds the 2 kg limit.
