Nutri-Mx Joint Support 30.tbs - contributes to support for joints, ligaments and bone cartilage

Description

Nutri-MX Joint Support is a dietary supplement with GLUCOSAMINE, CHONDROITIN, MSM AND COLLAGEN that contributes to the support of joints, ligaments and cartilage of bones.
COLLAGEN is the main structural element of tendons and cartilage.
MSM, GLUCOSAMINE and CHONDROITIN sulfates support joint flexibility.
Ginger provides substances with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which are used to support the function of the musculoskeletal system.

Joint Pain
Whenever the weather changes or there is a lot of humidity, the joints make their presence particularly felt, causing intense and sharp pain. This happens when their “lubricant”, known as synovial fluid, has been damaged. Joint pain is caused by various injuries and dislocations, as well as pathological conditions, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus and ankylosing spondylitis [1].
The factors that are “culpable” for the appearance of joint lesions are:
excessive body weight
lack of exercise
poor diet
repetitive movements
smoking.

Glucosamine and chondroitin are the two substances that effectively protect the health of our joints. Numerous scientific studies, which have been carried out over time, have shown that these substances naturally "lubricate" the joints, as they regenerate articular cartilage, reduce pain and inflammation and thus quickly restore their mobility [1]. Glucosamine is an amino sugar produced by the body and is essential for the proper functioning of the joints, but also for the process of "repairing" them. Glucosamine is considered therapeutic because it normalizes the biosynthesis of the substrates required to restore the functional capacity of a joint [2]. There are no dietary sources of glucosamine. Therefore, when the body is no longer able to synthesize sufficient amounts on its own, supplementation is necessary to maintain the structure and function (mobility) of the joints [1].
Together with glucosamine, chondroitin contributes significantly to joint health, as it increases the density and elasticity of cartilage. In fact, in combination with glucosamine, it relieves the pain of osteoarthritis, increases joint mobility, reduces the need for painkillers and can prevent or slow down further cartilage damage. There are no dietary sources of this substance, so the body must take dietary supplements to produce it [1].

MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is a natural dietary form of organic sulfur.
It is not a vitamin but a sulfur compound that occurs naturally in the human body and is very important for cell function. MSM provides the body with organic sulfur (sulfur), an important element for the proper functioning of the body, which enhances the absorption of other nutrients, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties while helping to neutralize free radicals [3]. In the human body, it is used to produce sulfur-containing amino acids, collagen and disulfide bonds. Approximately half of the total sulfur in the body is concentrated in the muscles, skin and bones.
Research shows that the sulfur molecules contained in MSM enhance the permeability of cell membranes, making the absorption of nutrients, vitamins and minerals in the intestine more efficient, resulting in better functioning of the body. MSM is particularly helpful for joint health and arthritis.
MSM occurs naturally in various foods, such as fruits, dairy products, vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage), meat and seafood, but is easily destroyed during food processing, as well as during boiling or cooking [3].

Collagen is an insoluble fibrous protein, the most prevalent protein in the human body in: connective tissue, skin, cartilage, bone tissue, basement membranes [4].

Collagen, as a protein that is abundant in the mammalian body, is a key structural component of connective tissues in bones, liver, kidneys, heart, teeth and skin. Individual types of collagen are evenly distributed in the body. If there were a significant increase in one type over another, tissue stiffness could occur or, conversely, there could be a significant increase in elasticity.
Type I collagen makes up 90% of the total collagen in the body and excels in its strength. In tendons, it connects muscles to bones, so it must withstand great force.
