Directions
Take four sprays daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Boost B12 Oral Spray is suitable for those on a vegan, vegetarian, coeliac or diabetic diet.
Suitable during pregnancy and nursing. Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
Our research with Cardiff University has shown that the optimal areas for absorption are under the tongue and on the inside of the cheek. This speeds absorption of this vital B vitamin directly into the bloodstream. When using Boost B12 Oral Spray direct on to these areas to receive the full benefit of this pioneering delivery mechanism.
This spray does not need to be taken with food as it avoids processing by the digestive system.
It can be taken at any time of day, the key is to make it part of your daily routine. All four sprays can be taken in one go or spread over the course of the day, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
